This just in from me: the 2004 election showed there are dumbasses in the United States that will vote against their own interests because they're dumbasses.
CNN promotes the first group, and supports the second group's ignorance. Thanks, CNN.

ScaredWhitePeopleRaiseYourHands (mail):They are really willing to put McCain in office, just because Hilliary lost the nomination???? yet, Obama and her have views that are more aligned then not?? so what is it? is it experience? Do you really think George Bush had experience to be the President of the United States? This man has proven his judgement was zero! Come on now, it boils down to this man being black!! it is nothing they ever had to deal with and confront, and now the possibility has them fearful, and willing to vote the familiar, even if it is putting McCain in office. After all, they can relate to him...he's white! but you will never be told that upfront, only behind closed doors amongst conversations with close friends and family.
